Mentor and Career Advancement Program - Start Your Career in IT Initiative
We are excited to announce the launch of our Start Your Career in IT program, specifically designed for Ukrainian immigrants. In collaboration with Alteryx and Data Pal, this free initiative provides comprehensive training, skill development, and resources to help participants build a career in the IT sector.
Program Overview:
Free of charge: This program is offered at no cost to participants, thanks to the generous support of Data Pal, who is volunteering their time and resources.
Training and Communication in English: The entire program, including workshops and communication, will be conducted in English. Participants are expected to have a functional level of English to engage in the program.
Flexible Learning: The program includes hands-on training in Alteryx, data analytics workshops, resume improvement, and job search strategies, all designed to help you navigate the job market confidently.
Career Development: Participants will receive practical training, access to industry experts, and mentorship to enhance their professional development.
No Guarantee of Employment: While job opportunities and market insights will be shared, interviews and job placements are not guaranteed.

To enroll in the Start Your Career in IT program, please follow these steps:
Submit Your Application: Complete the enrollment form and be sure to upload your resume (PDF, Word, or image format). If you don’t have a resume yet, don't worry—resume-building tips will be provided during the program.
Complete the Required Information: Please note that your enrollment will not be considered complete until all required information is received.
Stay Connected: Once the program begins, communication will be primarily managed by the Data Pal team.

Pre-Assessment Quiz
To help tailor the program and measure progress, participants are asked to complete a short pre-assessment quiz. This quiz benchmarks initial knowledge in key areas and will be revisited at the end of the program to assess growth. Participants are encouraged to complete the quiz before the first session.
