Simple Joys of Childhood

This program aims to give a gift of childhood to children in Ukraine during the war. When the power outages last for hours on end, often the only escape for scared children is to do arts and crafts and to escape into the world of their own. Some children use art to express themselves and conquer their fears. Others use it to communicate with the outside world to share their feelings.

Art can be powerful. It can server many purposes, especially during a war. But most of all, art lets the kids simply be kids! And what is more important for mental health and well-being of a child than the feeling of childhood?
